Agreement between SNI

Proportions
This agreement concerning tele-working
from the residence of the employee is effective 1995-_-_ and during the
period of- months: This agreement has a notice-time of discontinuing of
one month for both parties.
If one of the parties of
this agreement does break any regulation of the agreement, and not within
10 days after receiving a written note about it, makes a correction, the
other party has the right to terminate the e agreement immediately.
This agreement is a complement to the rules and conditions
of the collective agreement for the computer-companies and other local
agreements.
Working-tasks
The tasks that the employee has to fulfil, must be
carefully specified (appendix 1), in order to avoid any doubts about what
to do, when the result should be presented, or expected quality of the
work.
Availability
When tele-working, the employee should normally be
available for customers, colleagues, supervisor and so on during normal
working-hours : , Exceptions from this rule should be clearly specified
in appendix 1 under the point "Availability" : The employee should spend
at least one day a week at the normal working-place which is specified
in appendix 1:
Security and precautionary measures
Only the configurated PC-equipment supplied from
SNI may be used for remote communication with the office.
The employee is obliged to follow the existing security-
and secrecy-rules. The security-level is established by SNI.
Equipment
The equipment provided from SNI to be used in the residence of the . employee is the property of SNI and should be returned when the tele- working comes to an end.
The equipment must not be used for private purpose.
The equipment should be recorded and signed for by the employee (appendix
2).
SNI is responsible that the equipment handed over
to the employee is safe to use, that there are enough precautionary measures
taken, and that there are acceptable instructions for the equipment.
Central computer-support
SNI will supply central computer-support in the same
manner as if the employee was at his/her normal working-place.
The only acceptable difference compared being at
the normal working-place is the delay that appears by using a dial-up-line.
The employee is responsible for damage or loss of
the equipment if caused by carelessness which would give SNI the right
to compensation claim. If the handed over equipment for tele-working causes
for ex. fire or other damages, and the cost of repairs or new supply will
be paid for by the home-insurance of the employee, SNI will compensate
the employee for the "self-risk" .
The employee should have a satisfying home-insurance-protection.
Working-space
The working-space should be shaped and laid out in such a manner that this is suitable from the point of view of working- environment.
SNI will not pay the employee for the supplied working-space in the residence of the employee, neither for the cleaning of such a working-space. SNI will supply the employee who is working a lot from his/her own residence with a desk or a PC-table, a working-Chair and a working-lamp, in order to achieve a working- environment as acceptable as in the normal working-place.
Adequate precautionary measures should be taken to prevent injuries. The employee must obey given rules, use the security- arrangements and observe the cautiousness necessary to prevent sickness and accidents.
Two copies of this agreement have been executed of which the parties have taken one each.
