In English - List of the biggest set of Russian-language newsgroups. See relcom.commerce.* subset for business, which work as unified Russian marketplace on the vast territory of the Euroasian continent. It is collecting and distribiting cross-regional (12 Russian regions and 14 ex-Soviet republics) and cross-sectional (more then 20 commodity groups) sets of commercial propositions from more then 14,000 Russian-language entrepreneurs with everyday messages' flow more then 1,500 units. To see the messages itself (in Russian, KOI8-R charset) you need to search the "relcom.commerce" key word at http://feedme.org/ or http://www.dejanews.com/.
In English - Business Collaboration Center is building a network which combines grassroots hands-on experience with training, access to information and the latest in electronic communication. It includes Electronic Library, Events Calendar, Yellow Pages (database of organizations), and etc for Russian context.

In addition to detailed EU information the European IT Observatory (EITO) now carries data about worldwide trends as well as general discussion of significant topics such as telework, electronic commerce, technology in and for the home. The 1998 edition also has data for selected non-EU countries. The scope is expected to be further extended in future editions.

Data for the following non-EU countries are in the 1998 edition: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Japan.
