For those with email and www access, the main ETO website provides European and International information in English and some of this information will be available in local languages as the network of ETO site develops.
For those without email and www access, ETD provides a first point of enquiry for information about the Initiative and about current and future activities in Latvian - people contacting the enquiry point will be sent basic information.

Ernests Petersons and DATI are interested in learning about existing and planned regional and local initiatives.
