In the follow up of the LEADER seminar "Information technologies and changes in rural employment", held in June 1998 in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland, there was a strong will from the participants to continue online networking.

The European LEADER Observatory, jointly with European Telework Development and European Telework Online, are happy to provide you with such a service.

It is an open forum which is of particular interest to LEADER II project holders but is also open to anyone interested in the information society and the local development of rural areas.
