The Exhibition and the Electronic-Market-Place are presentation areas where visitors will meet experts and learn from their experience. Here products, services and case studies about the real usage of Electronic Commerce will be presented by companies in a simple and convincing way. Life demonstrations will be combined with slide presentations and discussions in the Electronic-Market-Place. The shop-in-the-shop approach of the Exhibition and the Electronic-Market-Place will give the interested visitor the chance to discuss Electronic Commerce solutions on a individual basis directly with the experts of the exhibiting companies.

The conference and the promotion platforms will take place in the Beethovenhalle convention centre close to the centre of the City of Bonn (a separate information package about the Beethovenhalle is available on demand). The exhibition area (about 600qm) is separated from the conference floor so that visitor not attending the conference will be able to look around. About 35-40 international companies, organisations and initiatives will have the opportunity to exhibit. A unified booth system that gives room of about 10qm will be offered in a full service package. Certain areas are open for individual stand and presentation concepts.

For all booths Internet connectivity can be provided as well as other technical equipment. The exhibition is open for 2 ½ days.

During the 2 ½ day of the conference the Electronic-.Market-Place will be open to all attendees of the conference as well as for the visitors of the associated exhibition. On an hourly basis case studies will be presented.

The Electronic-Market-Place will be in a designated area within the exhibition space. The audience will be free to enter the Electronic-Market-Place at any time but preferably within the designated time frames.

First day

3 - 4 presentation will be announced.

Second and third day

2 times 8 - 10 sessions will be presented

The programme will be announced in advance on the Web and the daily schedules will be posted at various places in the convention hall.

The Exhibition and Electronic-Market-Place will be open for presentations from the sponsoring companies. Furthermore exhibitors will have the opportunity to give in depth presentations of their products and services. Reservations for the presentation will be on either by recommendation or first-come-first-serve basis. Visitors of the conference as well as of the exhibition will be the audience for the presentations.

A list of all attendees, available only to exhibitors, will be handed out after the conference.
