European Telework Awards 1997
Practical Contributions to Europe's Success

Award for the best technological contribution to the advancement of telework

Award Criteria

The criteria are:

  1. It may be a product, service or application of technology;

  2. It must be in practical use (or at least announced and demonstrable) in Europe at the time of nominations closing (31 August 1997). (Note that the technology need not have been developed in Europe);

  3. It must demonstrate applicability across a broad range of telework environments; it must expect a significant impact in encouraging telework implementation, enhancing success in teleworking or addressing recognised barriers or problems;

  4. The technology or product should have a major impact in facilitating the uptake or execution of telework;

The nomination form should explain, briefly, how each of these criteria are met.

Nominations must be submitted by 31st August 1997. If it is desired that nominations also be considered for presentation among the "100 Top Cases" of telework at the Telework97 Congress in Stockholm, nominations should be submitted by 25th July 1997.
