NEWSdesk Online News Service

News from ETD is available online through NEWSdesk International, an innovative online service that is also a good example of teletrade. Free to accredited users it provides 24 hour access to ETD news and information through the Internet in three main ways:

• Press Releases via email - NEWSdesk emails to subscribers a weekly listing of all press releases. Readers can request full text copies by return email
• The ETD Area at the NEWSdesk Web site (note: you must register with NEWSdesk to enter this area) has:
  • Press Release archive - all press releases issued by ETD
  • Backgrounders - on all main aspects of ETD activities
  • Details of media contacts on a country by country basis
  • Links to ETD national pages, outlining telework activities and contact points for each country.
• Email reply point - allowing you to email directly ETD media contacts
