Each of the five perspectives can be considered separately and the result can then be integrated to provide a sound basis for decision making and planning. The five perspectives are:

For each of these, this presentation suggests a series of questions. By answering these a strong and complete picture of the opportunities and issues will emerge and appropriate paths should become apparent. The presentation doesn’t provide an exhaustive list of possible questions, only sufficient to provide an understanding of the approach. Each person or enterprise is different and the model provides a framework and start points rather than a boilerplate solution.
