Compare that with the United States, where more than ten per cent of the workforce already is engaged in telecommuting and where the growth rate is faster than in Europe. For Europe our four millions include all forms of telework, the 17 millions in the USA is mainly counting only telecommuters - a true comparison would show the USA with an even greater lead.
So why is there such a big difference?
