European Commission
Telework Information Day

Centre Albert Borschette (Rue Froissart 36) Brussels
1st June 1999

1999 marks the launch of Europe's Fifth Framework Programme, in which telework and other new ways to work are strongly focused. The European Telework Agenda brings together the key events and activities relating to telework at European level, and culminates in the fifth European Telework Week in November 1999.

The European Information Day on 1st June is an opportunity to be updated on the European Commission's policy, information, research and stimulation activities with regard to telework and to preview the 1999 European Telework Status Report. It also marks the official public launch of Telework Week 1999 and the Call for Nominations for the 1999 Telework Awards.
